Transaction

Q: How do I go about the transaction after I send an email according to the format?
A: Upon receiving your email, we will send you a confirmation email informing you whether the item(s) you ordered is/are available and the total cost of the item(s).


Q: How do I pay?
A: All payments are made via internet banking/bank fund transfer. We will provide you with our bank account number within the confirmation email. Once we confirm that you have transferred the correct amount, we will send you another email confirming the receipt of payment.


Q: How long does it take before I receive my package?
A: Upon confirmation of payment, your package will be sent out via SingPost within 3 working days.


Q: Is there any way I can collect the package from the SingPost office instead of having it sent to my place?
A: SingPost does not provide such a service. Only when there is no one to receive and acknowledge receipt of the package will it then be sent back to the SingPost office to be kept until it is collected by the addressee.


Q: Other than registered post, is there any other way to transact?
A: We provide limited Cash On Delivery (COD) at Choa Chu Kang MRT. However, promotions and discounts apply only to registered mail posted orders and not to COD.




Packaging

Q: I want my package to be wrapped discreetly. Can you do that?
A: All our products are packed in bubble wrap to ensure that they arrive safely at your doorstep and then placed within a generic orange/white envelope which is painstakingly sealed with generous amounts of tape. The only label on the package will be the alias and mailing address you provide us with in your email, unless otherwise specified.


Q: Can I disguise my package in some way? I want to label it as something else.
A: Yes you can! We at sghappyending will gladly label the envelope for you according to your wishes. For example, customers typically request for "Happy Birthday!" or "Corporate Sample" to be printed on the envelope label. Just indicate in your email how you would like us to label your package, if you so wish.
